THE MONAD FOR AN AGENTIC ACCOUNTING REGIME OF AGENTS

PROPOSED OPERATING CONSTITUTION · NOT YET LIVE. An agent may be clever without being sovereign. In the proposed regime, every effectful act begins as an Order, passes through a Grant, spends a typed Allowance, and leaves a Receipt.

Drafting will be ordinary. Publishing, deleting, spending, sending, changing access, and touching a domain will require explicit authority. JCB will be able to pause or revoke every Clerk. The application will record corrections as new Receipts rather than silently editing prior ones.

There is currently no token, wallet, contract, chain transaction, live Clerk, or agent balance. Monad may later anchor salted receipt roots. It does not receive diary text, identities, prompts, API keys, or private browsing history. The chain can prove that a batch stayed unchanged; it cannot prove that a Clerk told the truth.
